Fleming College Toronto Library’s computers are reserved for students, employees and faculty for independent learning, academic research, projects, and assignments.

All library computers are available on a first-come-first-served basis, and academic use takes priority at computer workstations. A time limit of one hour per day may be enforced if patrons are waiting to use a computer.

General Rules

To ensure fair and proper use of the library’s computers, users need to comply with the following rules:

Computers are available during the hours that the library is open.
First-come, first-served basis.
Patrons must use their own login credentials to access the computers.
Library staff may provide computer help, but not more than basic assistance.
Users are required to use their own headsets when listening to audio.
Users must close all windows and log off before leaving the computer.
Installing personal software and applications is restricted.
Users are recommended to save their work regularly to their physical or cloud drive.
Accessing unauthorized websites are prohibited.
Changing or modifying the computers’ default setup is not allowed.

Failure to comply with the above rules will result in removal from the library.
